We are hiring for ECommerce Executives

Experience : 4-8

Qualification : Any Graduate

Shift : Two shifts 8AM to 5PM IST & 11AM to 8PM IST

Location: Bangalore and Mumbai

Job description:

Identify and conduct communications activities to improve agent effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction. Create focused communications to reinforce existing processes or introduce new ones. Help manage the tools used for agent communications. Good verbal and written communication Minimum 4yrs voice customer service experience (not just any customer service), having been part of escalation desk in the past would be an added benefit.
