Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer - Automation to resolve technical issues for customers using the ServiceNow platform. You will troubleshoot problems, answer technical queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues via web, chat, email, and phone support.
• Troubleshoot and debug using tools like Wireshark and Traceroute.
• Utilize scripting (JavaScript, Unix Shell, PowerShell) and server administration skills (Windows/Unix).
• Support cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware) and related templates.
• Improve processes and products by sharing insights from customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in server-side scripting and cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with protocols (HTTP, TCP, SOAP, REST) and incident management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
