Job Title: Support Engineer (ServiceNow Platform)


Job Role:

As a Support Engineer, you will handle technical cases, troubleshoot issues, and address customer queries related to the ServiceNow platform. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer support, employing diagnostic tools to isolate problems, and collaborating with teams to resolve complex cases. You will also contribute insights to improve processes and products.


Skills Required:

  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Working knowledge of web application components (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, CSS).
    • Basic object-oriented programming skills (preferably Java).
    • Basic understanding of SQL and debugging tools.
    • Experience with AngularJS and dynamic HTML components.
    • Familiarity with incident management, knowledge bases, and defect handling.

  • Problem-Solving:
    • Strong troubleshooting and root cause isolation skills.
    • Creative problem-solving and analytical mindset.

  • Communication:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in analyzing log files and debugging concepts.
  • Experience in web development or support for SaaS/e-commerce applications.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform features, including Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Agent Workspace configuration, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with message protocols, Eclipse IDE, and the Bootstrap framework is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with ServiceNow development or consulting.
  • Exposure to Virtual Agent configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications or e-commerce solutions.
