Job Role: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: Round-the-clock shift
Compensation: Up to 16 LPA
Interview Process: In-person

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain systems such as LDAP/Active Directory, SSO (e.g., SAML, SiteMinder), Email Infrastructure, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Develop and manage automated integrations between systems and support data extraction technologies like JDBC/ODBC.
• Debug and write Object-Oriented code (Java preferred) and scripting using JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server environments and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
• Optimize web application performance and troubleshoot complex technical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide excellent customer support.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Authentication, Email, Web Services, and Import/Export configurations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and tools like Eclipse IDE.
• Understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB frameworks and experience with SaaS support.
