Job Description:

Profile: Business Development Night Shift (6 pm to 3 am IST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: New Delhi (Remote Option Available)

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and expand relationships with US-based clients (Direct, Tier One, or MSP) to create new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of clients in the US market, with a strong focus on staff augmentation for Microsoft Dynamics ERP, D365 F&O, Business Central, Salesforce, and Cloud Technologies such as Azure and Power Platform.
• Work closely with IT recruiting teams to source and fulfil client requirements.
• Present solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to identify potential opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• A seasoned business development professional with 2+ years of experience in the US IT staffing, IT services, and solutions industry.
• Proven expertise in the US staffing industry, supported by an existing network of customers.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
