MS Dynamics 365/F&O Specialist - Installation & Troubleshooting (3-5 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced D365 F&O On-Prem Installation & Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) On-Premises installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. A strong understanding of Service Fabric-related issue troubleshooting is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of D365 F&O On-Premises environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve installation, performance, and operational issues related to D365 F&O.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft Service Fabric in the D365 F&O environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, development, and functional teams) to ensure smooth deployment and stable operations.

- Monitor environment health and perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.

- Document installation processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge-sharing purposes.

- Work with Microsoft Support to resolve complex issues when necessary.

- Stay updated with the latest updates and best practices related to D365 F&O and Service Fabric.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in installing and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) On-Premises environments.

- Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting Service Fabric-related issues within D365 F&O.

- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps for build and release pipelines related to D365 F&O.

- Experience with SQL Server, IIS, Azure Services, and system monitoring tools..

- Knowledge of Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications related to D365 F&O or Azure infrastructure.

- Experience with high-availability setups and environment scaling.

- Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and its role in D365 F&O deployment and maintenance.
