Business System Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis activities such as requirement gathering, gap analysis, and data mapping to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  
• Develop detailed documentation of business processes, including process flows, diagrams, and reports.
  
• Identify areas where automation can be implemented to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or changes made to existing ones.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in clinical trials/clinical research industry with a focus on business analysis.
  
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile), and tools (e.g., Visio).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions using data-driven insights.
