About the Role:.

- Trianz is looking for a Director Legal to spearhead our Legal & Compliance initiatives.

- This role is pivotal in aligning & harmonizing legal and business objectives with focus on corporate governance and compliance for driving optimal outcomes for the organization and its stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:.

- Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice to the senior management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance & risk management.

- Design legal initiatives to streamline corporate actions & optimize efficiency, automate legal processes.

- Contract Management: Oversee drafting of Contracts, Viz. Employment Contract, INDIAN Labour laws, Transaction documentation, Contract negotiation, Execution of contracts and agreements, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, and board/shareholders matters to protect company's interests.

- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance & Due Diligence with corporate laws and regulations, - including meticulous maintenance of proper corporate records and conducting board meetings.

- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess legal risks related to business operations and advise on mitigation strategies.

- Dispute Resolution: Manage any disputes or litigation involving the company, working with external counsel as needed.

- Policy Development: Design and implement Global standard policies to ensure ethical conduct and compliance with legal standards.

- Training and Education: Provide training to employees on legal and compliance issues, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with departments (e. , finance, HR, operations) to ensure alignment on legal and compliance matters.
