Job Title: Sr. Manager sales

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets; Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

2. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's customer base.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

4. Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and make informed decisions.

5. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

6. Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Desirable Attributes:

- Bachelors degree in business administration or MBA preferred.

- 6-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Real Estate Industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
