Assistant Manager-Property

Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

• Responsible for shortlisting of Properties for the Opening of supermarket
• Research & analysis of Property in terms of realistic market price
• Meeting local Developers/Builders/Landlords along with the Brokers to acquire the Property.
• Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing & acquiring.
• Coordination with various department internally till store launch.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities, both organic growth and acquisitions.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in property acquisition/ retail business development
• Knowledge of documentation
• Good negotiation skills
