Junior Architect

Role & responsibilities

Purpose: Using the Site-brief & understanding the drawings to identify feasibility & needs as per the brand guidelines and put together design proposals for presenting the site to the management for approval

Key responsibilities & duties

• Developing ACAD drawings in line with the needs of the team for the site presentation to the Board
• Understand the structure of the building & suggest location feasibility for Lift, Staircase, Escalators, etc.
• Checking the site readiness, guide & help the developer w.r.t. queries for the scope of work from project start to finish to ensure timely handover
• Site Vaastu evaluation, feedback & suggest remedy for cure
• Prepare accurate drawings in consultation with the team & developer for Agreement attachments
• Coordination for Joint measurements & survey
• Provides technical insight and coordination of project activities to the team
• May direct and produce accurate work as a part of a team and may mentor less experienced staff
• Works in a team environment and collaborates with other team members internal & external
