Junior Architect

• Work on architectural and landscape design, integrating functionality with aesthetics.
• Assist in conceptualization, planning, and execution of projects.
• Contribute to landscape architecture, building exteriors, interiors, and construction detailing.
• Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project teams for project development.
• Gain hands-on experience in material selection, site analysis, and working drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural and landscape designs.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings for various projects.
• Conduct site analysis and research on materials, construction methods, and design trends.
• Work on landscape planning, selecting plant species, and integrating greenery into architectural spaces.
• Support in interior and exterior design detailing, ensuring cohesive aesthetics.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams for material procurement and execution.
• Assist in estimations, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations, codes, and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to present ideas and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in architectural or landscape design.
• Basic understanding of landscaping and plant selection.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior architecture, construction, and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
• Ability to create working drawings, elevations, and sections.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client and team interactions.
• Detail-oriented with a good understanding of design principles and site execution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Interior/ Landscape architecture projects.
• Understanding of working drawings and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and eco-friendly materials.
• Familiarity with project budgeting, BOQs, and cost estimations.
• Proficiency in additional tools like Revit, Lumion, or Photoshop.
• Experience in vendor coordination and material sourcing.
