Job Title: React + SQL Developer (Support Environment)

Location: Preferred Bangalore

Shifts:

• UK Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST
  (Support environment; shift allowances will be provided) No weekend Shifts.
• Working days Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for applications built using React and SQL.
• Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues within the defined SLA.
• Enhance existing React components and optimize SQL queries for performance.
• Ensure application stability and performance during peak hours of operation.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for solutions and updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth handovers and updates.

Required Skills:

• React: Proficient in creating and managing components, state management, and integrating APIs.
• SQL: Strong expertise in writing complex queries, database management, and optimizing database performance.
• Solid understanding of debugging tools and techniques in a production environment.
• Experience in handling support tickets, incident management, and issue resolution.
• Ability to work effectively during assigned shifts and handle critical situations under pressure.
