Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users participating in e-tendering processes.
• Provide guidance and support to users in navigating the e-tendering platform and tools.
• Assist users in understanding tender documents, submission procedures, and technical requirements.
• Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding e-tendering queries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the e-tendering platform and escalate as necessary.
• Assist in user training sessions or workshops to educate stakeholders on the e-tendering system.
• Maintain accurate records of user interactions and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using e-tendering platforms or similar software.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Familiarity with tendering processes and procurement systems.
• Knowledge of e-procurement tools and related technologies.
• Fluency in multiple languages, if applicable.
