Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Science Senior Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning with expertise in SQL, Python, Pyspark, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and other relevant technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of data scientists to develop high-performing data-driven solutions.
2. Provide oversight and guidance on the application of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning in solving complex business problems.
3. Develop and implement advanced predictive models using Python, Pyspark, SQL and other programming languages.
4. Drive the team to perform EDA, data pre-processing, model fine-tuning, model pre-training and other data science processes effectively.
5. Understand and apply various forecasting algorithms, transformers, ensemble models, and causal approaches to improve model predictions.
6. Work with unstructured data pre-processing, image processing, regular expressions, and tokenization to extract valuable insights from data.
7. Implement advanced techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) including Language Modeling, Named Entity Recognition, and Embedding techniques.
8. Use computer vision libraries (OpenCV, scikit-image, etc.) and experience with GPUs and hardware acceleration to develop solutions for image-based problems.
9. Develop and implement machine translation and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements:

1. 12-15 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in SQL, Python, Pyspark, and other relevant programming languages.
3. Strong knowledge of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning.
4. Experience with TensorFlow, Pytorch, and other machine learning frameworks.
5. Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related techniques.
6. Experience with image processing and computer vision libraries.
7. Experience with GPUs and hardware acceleration.
8. Strong leadership and management skills.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
10. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
