Job Description

Job Title
Data Science - Lead

Responsibilities

Develop and Implement AI Solutions:Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Generative AI Projects:Work on generative AI projects, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other related areas.

Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with Teams:Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into platform and services.

Research and Innovation:Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and analytics, and apply innovative techniques to enhance our capabilities.

Performance Monitoring:Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and continuously improve them based on feedback and new data.

Documentation and Reporting:Document processes, methodologies, and results, and present findings to stakeholders.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, fine tuning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Analytical Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.

Additional Responsibilities:
