Job Description:

We are in search of an experienced and dedicated Senior Data Scientist for our Pune office. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and deep learning, with a passion for working with large data sets and deriving actionable insights from them. This role will require an analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced computational algorithms, and a deep understanding of data analytics and machine learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand business problems and develop end-to-end data science use cases.
2. Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
3. Implement machine learning models, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, to drive business results.
4. Perform data pre-processing and EDA to ensure data quality and integrity.
5. Use predictive modeling to enhance and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
6. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
7. Use statistical techniques for hypothesis testing, data exploration, and outlier detection.
8. Collaborate with data engineers to develop data and model pipelines.
9. Perform machine learning model fine-tuning and training for optimal results.
10. Use reinforcement learning, image processing, and computer vision to solve complex problems.
11. Apply ensemble models, transformer models, and forecasting algorithms to drive strategic decisions.
12. Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, PySpark, and other data analysis tools.
13. Use Deep Learning frameworks like Pytorch and TensorFlow to build DL models.
14. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data science or a related field.
2. Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, basics of DL, Prompt Engineering, basics of NLP.
3. Experience in data pre-processing, Neural Networks, Supervised ML, EDA, Deep Learning, Unsupervised ML.
4. Strong knowledge in TensorFlow, Model Fine-tuning, Pytorch, Model Pre-training, Forecasting Algorithms.
5. Experience with transformer models, ensemble models, causal approaches, reinforcement learning.
6. Proficiency in image processing, Lang chain, computer vision libraries such as OpenCV, scikit-image.
7. Familiarity with GPUs and hardware acceleration.
8. Experience with data migration and evaluation frameworks.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
