Sr. Executive (Purchase)

Role & responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable network of suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Source high-quality raw materials, packaging materials, excipients, and other products required for production.
• Maintain purchase ledger and place orders as per production needs.
• Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize pricing and delivery schedules.
• Create and execute purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier consolidation.
• Ensure that all procured materials meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all procurement activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should have a Bachelor's degree
• Should have 2-7 yrs of Experience.
• Should have Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards (e.g., GMP, USFDA).
