Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee our B2B and B2C channel bookings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the travel market and a proven track record in managing operations, streamlining processes, and driving growth. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to guide teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Though the concerned person is expected to run a team smoothly - But is also expected to put hands on work whenever required for the team. Thus handson experience in booking, looking for guides, scheduling rescheduling meetings, attractions, destination and client , supplier knowledge is equally Important and required for the role.

Being the Operations Manager- the concerned person is expected to coordinate with Sourcing and Sales regularly for smooth functioning of the tasks and is expected to take ownership of new tasks or alignment which is required and supposed to happen within firm

  1. Operational Leadership:
    • Oversee daily operations for B2B and B2C booking channels, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure targets are met.
  2. Different Geography Market Expertise:
    • Leverage deep knowledge of the travel market to enhance offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and emerging opportunities in Travl Domain.
  3. Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
    • Provide guidance and training to enhance team skills and capabilities.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  4. B2B and B2C Strategy:
    • Develop and implement tailored strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand market reach.
    • Ensure alignment of operational activities with company objectives.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations.
    • Utilize technology and tools to improve operational workflows.
  6. Customer Experience:
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients in both B2B and B2C segments.
    • Address customer feedback promptly and use insights to improve operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations management within the travel industry, with a strong focus on the European market is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel regulations, trends, and supplier networks.
  • Proficiency in operational tools and technology platforms used in the travel industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
