We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Head for Travelwings.com to craft and execute strategies that boost sales, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and optimize revenue. Lead multi-channel campaigns, SEO efforts, and performance marketing to meet financial goals. Requires 14+ years in e-commerce marketing, strong leadership skills, and PnL accountability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
You\u2019ll develop and implement a marketing strategy to increase sales and customer acquisition, improve customer retention, and maximize revenue across all the markets of operation of Travelwings.com.
Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing.
You\u2019ll identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.
Meet CPA & ROAS goals to achieve EBITDA margin of 25% by the end of year 2.
Develop an online marketing playbook to maximize ROI and predictable sales.
Setup high conversion marketing funnels & campaign structures
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
Define key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Implements Planning Process for the assigned accounts and holistic media planning across all digital disciplines paid search, display, social, native, video affiliate and Ecom.
Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
Forecast expected outcomes of Brand and ROI campaigns and manage to spend accordingly.
Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Prepare Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards for visibility to the management.
Team Leadership & Development:

Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients performance and business objectives.
Drives adoption of stated account management best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement, and behavioral correction.

Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports.
Develops an always upgrading the skills culture within the team.
Provide training in cross-media planning to their direct reports and below teams.
Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development and improvement.
Requirements
Graduation is a must.
14+ years track record in ecommerce and at least 8 years in performance marketing.
Candidates with experience in performance Marketing, LeadGen, B2C, affiliate marketing for a Travel Agency would be preferred.
