Manager - Administration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper coordination at all service levels.
• Responsible for Vendor Management - Identification of dependable, SLA driven, cost effective vendors for various services, maintaining of roster for alternate vendors, and vendor accounts.
• 100% compliance of shopping contracts across locations.
• PR and networking with Government officials, trade associations and allied trade bodies.
• To ensure compliance to all applicable laws in each jurisdiction where it carries out business activities.

Specific responsibility / day to day activities

• To ensure that all Office Administration tasks are carried out efficiently with strict cost and wastage control.
• Developing procedures, service standards and operational policies, planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit.
• Liasion with governmental and other regulatory bodies for obtaining / renewing necessary sanctions / approvals and ensuring smooth working conditions in the premises. special efforts are required to work closely with the Ministry Of Tourism.
• Ensure effective Vendor Management & Procurement process.
• vendors performance to be managed with cost controls and timely delivery

Specifications:

• The candidate must be a graduate with experience in a relevant role.
• The incumbent must be proficient in handling MS Office (Word & Excel)
• He / she must be proficient in English .
• Must have good negotiating skills with a knowledge of the vendors for the various administractive services.
