Job Description

We are a Chennais Amirta Group of Institutions seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee all administrative functions and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our company.


Responsibilities:


Department Leadership (if applicable):

Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance.

Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.

Recruit, interview, and onboard new administrative personnel.


Administrative Operations:

Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to streamline administrative processes.

Manage office space and resources, including equipment and supplies.

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems (both physical and digital).


Project Management:

Manage assigned administrative projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.


Other Duties (as needed):

Prepare professional presentations and reports.

Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a progressive administrative role.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
