Placement Head - Hotel Managmemt

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic placement head to lead our placement cell. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a proven track record in student placement and industry liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective placement strategies to ensure high placement rates for students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
• Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them prepare for interviews and job placements.
• Monitor and analyze placement data to continuously improve the placement process.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to align placement activities with the academic curriculum.
• Stay updated with industry trends and requirements to ensure students are well-prepared for the job market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel management or hospitality industry.
• Strong network of industry contacts and relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using placement management software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in career counseling and student development.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the hospitality industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
