We are looking for a high caliber, intellectually curious Administration professional with 4 - 8 years of experience who is interested in creating value for and working collaboratively with our global team members. You should have a Bachelors degree from a leading university in India or abroad, and an Office Management and Secretarial Practice diploma and experience working as an Administration professional in a corporate environment.
You should have first-rate comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an orientation towards learning and accepting intellectual challenges. Ideal candidates have a broad-based positive attitude, strong written and verbal English communications skills and a desire to work as a member of a high-performance global team. You should be collaborative, open to working with a diverse group, and interested in dynamic, progressive and evolving work and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include Administration operational and strategic roles. Active operational involvement is incumbent on interested candidates to ensure continuous, enriched grasp of our service delivery processes and procedures. Strategic and leadership responsibilities will increase with your performance and recognition in the firm.
More specifically, short and long term Administration responsibilities include day to day office administration, keen involvement in the procurement process, insurance policy appraisals, renewals and claims management, planning, scheduling and managing an optimum inventory of general office supplies, vendor management and coordination, office facility upkeep and management including supervision of housekeeping staff, recruitment and employee engagement related support, internal record creation and management, arranging and overseeing periodical maintenance activity for technology assets and ensuring smooth running of all equipment, general IT trouble shooting, coordination with ISP providers and software solutions platform to ensure uninterrupted business.
In addition, you should also be supportive of the firms efforts to build strong relationships between team members and our firm.
