Human Resource Manager

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with business needs
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external Consultant.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as social media, employee referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor recruitment practices.

Employee Experience:

• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and motivation. 
• Analyze candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement in the candidate experience
• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights.
• Identify Training needs and analysis and coordination with stakeholders for implementation
• Manage employee relations, address any concerns or issues, and ensure that a congenial work environment is maintained at the work place.
• Supports  to create a workplace with highly engaged people and thereby fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Manage the offboarding process for existing employees, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
  

HR Metrics:

• Develop and generate regular reports on recruitment performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source analysis.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and employee turnover.
• Use data to inform recruitment and employee experience strategies.
• Create visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs) to present recruitment data in a clear and concise manner.
