Assistant Human Resource Manager

We are hiring for the role- Assistant Manager HR & Admin reporting to VP - HR & IR

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Coordination of training and development sessions
• Pleasing Personality with good interpersonal relations
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Develops training and development programs and objectives.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management Should be efficient in dealing and interacting with Top Management
• Multi-tasking and go-getter approach Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Design job descriptions that reflect each positions requirements Co-ordinating with the external vendors.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel specifically)
• Age 32-40 years
