Travel Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Taking care of reservations and ticketing for crew movement to ship and back.
• Make Bookings on GDS (Galileo, Sabre, NDC & LCC Portals).
• Provide information on required travel documents, including visas, passports, and health certificates.
• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and local attractions to provide accurate information.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of travel software (GDS systems) and booking platforms.
• Well versed in Amadeus reservation system.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel software.
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field is preferred.
