The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales and promotional materials
- Conduct regular sales training and performance evaluations for sales team members
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
