Plastic/Material Engineer

We are hiring for Plastic Engineer

Job Location : Sira, Karnataka

Experience : 3 + years

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end to end process - from ideation to final machine delivery to customer involving

prototyping and other processes.

• Support product development projects from concept phase through commercialization, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Conduct research and development activities to develop new polymer formulations with improved properties such as mechanical strength, thermal stability, chemical resistance, and processability.
• Optimize polymer processing techniques such as extrusion, injection moulding, compression

moulding, and 3D printing to achieve desired material properties and performance.

• Develop mathematical models and simulations to predict the behaviour of polymer materials

under different processing conditions and environmental factors.

• Document research findings, experimental procedures, and technical specifications in reports,

presentations, and patent applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related

field.

• Minimum of 3 of experience in polymer research and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, structure-property relationships, and processing

techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful

conclusions.

• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and improvement.
