Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
  
• Oversee employee life cycle management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership team to drive business growth through talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, payroll processing, and other HR-related tasks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist activities or Corporate HR role.
  
• Strong expertise in HR Operations, including recruitment management, employee relations, training & development programs.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
