POSITION OVERVIEW:
This individual must be highly motivated and pro-active and can identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Initiate contact with identified leads via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce Paybooks' products and services.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, qualifying them as sales-ready leads based on predefined criteria. Give online/F2F demos to customers, send proposals and follow up for closures
• Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information on prospects.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent Paybooks at trade exhibitions and events
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• MBA (Sales/Marketing) with 1- 3years of Experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of self-confidence
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the SaaS or payroll software industry (Good to Have
