Role Overview:
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and execution, tailored for someone passionate about digital marketing and analytics. As part of the Digital Team, you will collaborate on critical business initiatives with a primary focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to position Pickl.AI as a leader in the ed-tech space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
- Analyze market trends to identify and act on growth opportunities.
2. Content Marketing:
- Plan and oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and campaigns to align with Pickl.AI's branding and goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce educational and promotional content.
3. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Generate detailed performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
4. Social Media Management:
- Drive engagement and growth across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ideate and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
5. Brand Building:
- Enhance brand visibility and positioning through partnerships and strategic collaborations.
- Work on PR initiatives and thought-leadership opportunities for Pickl.AI.
6. Support Strategic Initiatives:
- Contribute to other key business functions as required, including product launches and market research.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4 to 5 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role. Prior experience in ed-tech is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and performance tracking.
