Skills and Competencies :

- Proficiency in Java with a strong foundation in core and advanced concepts.

- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Java development, including Hibernate and Spring Boot.

- Expertise in RESTful APIs and web services, with a solid understanding of API design principles and best practices.

- Experience in Insurance domain with understanding on insurance products(GI, Marine insurance etc..)

- Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, coupled with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms to write efficient and optimized code.

- Database management expertise, including SQL proficiency, query optimization, and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and an aptitude for troubleshooting complex technical issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring clear documentation, effective collaboration, and smooth stakeholder communication.

- High attention to detail and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn, keeping up with new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, thriving in an agile and fast-paced development environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and UI/UX designers, to build scalable and efficient software solutions.

- Design and implement robust, high-performance applications, ensuring responsiveness and optimal system behavior.

- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-structured code, following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to continuous improvement in development practices.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and mentorship within the team to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
