Transformhub - .Net Lead - C#/Entity Framework (6-10 yrs)

Primary Requirements :

- 8+ years of software development experience using Microsoft .Net technology stack.

- Strong experience in .Net, .Net Core, C#, Entity Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular 8+, Typescript, CSS etc.

- Experience in designing scalable and robust software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Drive R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies and methodologies, translating insights into practical applications.

- Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data structures.

- Strong experience in Domain driven design development and Microservice architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and trouble shooting skills.

- Experience in leading a team of Engineers, full stack developers, allocate tasks and mentor the team members to perform to their full potential.

- Experience in using unit test framework e.g, xUnit, Moq, Jasmine, Jest etc.

- Experience in Web API development.

- Experience in Agile / SCRUM development process.

- Work with distributed agile development teams and product owner to design and implement product features.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with stakeholders, architect for product development features and manage SDLC.

- Work with development teams and product owners to design product features.

- Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture.

- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and application.

- Write/ design- product APIs and write unit test cases.

- Co-ordinate customer interactions and team interactions.

- Develop product roadmap and prioritize user stories.

- Provide technical leadership to the development team.

- Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development.

- Code review, refactoring and managing source code per standards and ensure quality.

Good to have :

- Knowledge and experience in ABP.IO framework.

- Knowledge and experience in any BPM tool like Camunda, Temporal etc.

- Knowledge and experience in WSO 2.

- Knowledge and experience in PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of AWS cloud service and CI/CD process.
