Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer - M365 | Azure | SharePoint | Teams

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network engineering, and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Windows 11 Management: Expertise in managing Windows 11 environments and handling migrations.
• Intune and SOE Management: Proficient in using Microsoft Intune for device management and software packaging.
• Microsoft Defender: Skilled in deploying and managing Microsoft Defender for endpoint security.
• Azure Cloud Management: Preferred experience in managing Azure resources such as virtual machines, databases, migration services, policies, and Azure Defender for Cloud.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, TEAMS, and Office Suite. (some certifications preferable)
• Technical Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues in a modern workplace environment.
• Documentation: Strong ability to document processes and configurations and provide clear guidelines for team members.
• Network Management: Understanding and configuration of network firewalls, LAN, WAN, VLAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience with firewalls (e.g., SonicWall, Checkpoint)
• Experience with DNS management
• Experience with network routers and switches
• Experience with wireless technologies
• Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, Network Engineer, or Systems Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with the responsibilities and technologies listed above.
