Your Mission:

  • Manage LinkedIn Presence: Oversee and manage TransForm Solutions' LinkedIn company page and the LinkedIn profiles of key team members to enhance our online presence.
  • Generate Quality Leads: Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content tailored for LinkedIn to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Profile Optimization: Optimize the LinkedIn profiles of team members to ensure they reflect our brand and highlight our expertise.
  • Engage with Audience: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant LinkedIn groups to increase visibility and foster connections.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Develop and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to expand the network of our team members, creating a strong employer brand and effective sales funnels.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze LinkedIn metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align LinkedIn strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest LinkedIn marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.


What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
  • LinkedIn Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, tools, and best practices for B2B marketing.
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong skills in creating engaging and relevant content for LinkedIn.
  • Outreach Campaign Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute successful LinkedIn outreach campaigns for network expansion and lead generation.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze LinkedIn metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality execution of LinkedIn strategies.
  • Independence: Proven ability to work independently, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.


Preferred Skills:

  • Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in generating high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding SEO principles and how they apply to LinkedIn content.
  • Marketing Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing tools and analytics platforms.


Compensation:
