HR Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with 8-10 years of professional experience to manage and support a range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, driving talent strategies, and ensuring HR operations align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

• Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues professionally and empathetically.
• Conduct investigations when employee complaints or conflicts arise.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3. Performance Management:

• Support managers in implementing performance appraisal processes.
• Facilitate goal setting, coaching sessions, and performance improvement plans.

4. Compensation & Benefits:

• Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs in coordination with finance and external partners.
• Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages.

5. Learning & Development:

• Identify employee training needs and design professional development programs.
• Coordinate leadership development initiatives and career pathing strategies.

6. Compliance & Policy Management:

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Update and communicate HR policies to reflect legal and organizational changes.

7. HR Data & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics for management decision-making.

8. Engagement & Culture:

• Organize engagement initiatives to foster teamwork and morale.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven 8-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
