Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Techno-Functional D365 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and a deep understanding of business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, including system configuration, functional analysis, and integration, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of D365 applications to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions within D365.
• Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Sales, or Customer Service modules).
• Provide subject matter expertise on D365 features and functionality, including best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business users to identify key needs and develop effective solutions.
• Design, configure, and test business processes and workflows within the D365 platform.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end users to ensure effective adoption of D365 solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define system architecture, integrations, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, functionality, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Support data migration and cleansing activities as part of the D365 implementation.
• Assist in creating reports and dashboards to provide business insights using D365 and Power BI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 updates and best practices, continuously improving the solution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a D365 consultant or similar roles (2-5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of D365 modules (Finance, Operations, Sales, or Customer Service).
• Expertise in configuring and customizing D365 applications to meet business requirements.
• In-depth understanding of business processes in finance, operations, or sales.
• Ability to work with technical teams on customizations and integrations (Azure, Power Platform, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in gathering requirements, system design, and business process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., D365 F&O, D365 CE) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques in D365.
• Previous experience in leading D365 implementation projects.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of agile methodologies.
