Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect / Technical Architect

Job Summary:

Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect / Technical Architect with at least 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, integration, and data migration using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

For Solution Architect:

•      Design end-to-end solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.
•      Develop CRM strategy, roadmap, and technical architecture for scalable and maintainable implementations.
•      Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, and stakeholder engagements to define business processes.
•      Provide guidance on data modeling, security architecture, and user experience design.
•      Ensure the CRM solution integrates seamlessly with ERP, Power Platform, Azure Services, and third-party applications.
•      Define governance policies for customization, configuration, and lifecycle management of CRM solutions.
•      Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.

For Technical Architect:

•      Design and implement customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM.
•      Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
•      Perform data migration from legacy CRM systems using SSIS, Azure Data Factory.
•      Optimize performance, scalability, and security of CRM applications.
•      Work with CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 development and deployment.
•      Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues related to integration, data inconsistencies, or performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•      5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
•      Strong knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, security roles, and business rules.
•      Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure Services.
•      Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Automate for CRM extensions.
•      Hands-on experience with SSIS, and SQL Server for data migration.
•      Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and OAuth for CRM integrations.
•      Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps.
•      Certifications (preferred):

o     Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert

o     Microsoft Certified: Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
