Hiring Training Manager/Hyderabad - Star Health Insurance

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Learning & Development Manager to join our L & D team of our Agency channel. Our agency channel is a vital part of our business, connecting us with a network of talented professionals who help us reach a wider audience. You will play a critical role in equipping the Agency partners with knowledge, skill, Sales pitches etc., to sell and improve productivity consistently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement learning programs: Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives tailored to the specific needs of our agency partners.
• Utilize diverse learning methods: Leverage a variety of learning methods, including online modules, instructor-led training, and coaching, to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
• Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and agency partners to ensure learning programs are aligned with business goals and needs.
• Result Orientation: Drive and deliver new Agents success and Activation support.
• Identify learning needs: Conduct needs assessments to determine the skills and knowledge gaps within our agency channel.
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness: Track and measure the impact of learning programs and make adjustments based on data and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously research and implement new learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with agency partners to understand their challenges and provide ongoing support.
• Track and report on key L&D metrics such as training completion, skill improvement, and sales performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Have a passion for Training and system knowledge.
• Understanding of Business Dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
