We are Hiring Sr/Training Manager for Star Health & allied Insurance co.ltd for Hyderabad Location.

Role & responsibilities

* The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for
Sales Managers/ Agents.

* Providing knowledge transfer to the sales team about new and existing Policy

* Conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating training
effectiveness.

* He will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

* Knowledge of insurance products and financial services industry .
