Training Manager-Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs
• Design training programs that improve job knowledge, technical skills, customer service and product knowledge for new and existing employees.
• Integrate best practices to continually improve training content and methods.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops and one-on-one coaching.
• Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and measure improvements in job performance and guest satisfaction.
• Gather and analyse post-training feedback from participants to refine and improve future training sessions.
• Coordinate with head of the departments to provide performance feedback and recommend additional training when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in training or learning and development, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Certification in training (Certified Professional in Talent Development or any hospitality-specific training certification).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
