The management is terrible. There are no holidays for the summer or winter, and holidays falling on weekdays would have to be compensated on weekends. If you're even 5 minutes late, it is calculated as Loss of Pay because of the biometric system. You get absolutely no time for your own research or writing. And you don't always teachin your area of expertise. The commute takes very long and there is no AC in the buses.
