Full Stack Lead - Node.js/React.js (9-16 yrs)

Job Description :

As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge web applications. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Node.jsand React.js, with extensive experience in database management and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve project goals.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.jsand React.js.

- Implement and manage microservices architecture.

- Work with MongoDB for database management.

- Utilize messaging queue technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, Redis Streams, ZeroMQ, Google Cloud Pub, or IBM MQ.

- Ensure code quality and best practices are followed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Excellent communication skills.

- Minimum 2 years of lead experience.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js(Mandatory).

- Proficiency in React.js(Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB (Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with microservices (Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with messaging queue technologies - RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, Redis Streams, ZeroMQ, Google Cloud Pub, IBM MQ (Mandatory).
