Full Stack Lead - React.js/Node.js/TypeScript (8-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines

- Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and industry standards.

- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects, from planning to deployment

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

- Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies

Required Technical Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack developer using (Reactjs, Nodejs, Typescript).

- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies

- Experience in Architecture & Designing.

- Experience in 3rd party integration application using Typescript.

- Proven experience in leading a development team

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
