Full Stack Lead - Node.js/React.js (9-16 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Full Stack Lead with a strong focus on Node.js for a critical role in our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive backend experience with Node.js (4+ years mandatory) and proficiency in React.js for front-end development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers and drive technical decision-making.

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.

- Build and optimize front-end applications using React.js.

- Work with MongoDB for efficient database management.

- Design and implement microservices architecture.

- Integrate and manage messaging queue technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, Redis Streams,

ZeroMQ, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, or IBM MQ.

- Ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong backend experience with Node.js (4+ years mandatory)

- Proficiency in React.js

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB

- Experience in building and managing microservices architecture

- Expertise in at least one messaging queue technology (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
