Team Leader - Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of site visit coordinators to achieve department goals and objectives.

- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the site visit department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and achieve their full potential.

- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the site visit process.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, customer feedback, and site visit metrics.

- Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for the department.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continually improve department operations.

Eligibility/Requirements :

Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a team leading role in industries such as edtech, real estate, BPO, hospitality, or car resale. (Sales is Mandatory but Real estate is not mandatory)

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Kannada.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Working Hours : Comfortable with working 6 days a week with rotational week offs.

Compensation:

Monthly CTC: - 60,000/-
