Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Development: Lead the design and development of scalable AI/ML models and systems.

- Data Management : Work with large datasets to prepare, clean, and process data for analysis.

- Model Deployment: Implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software developers.

- Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and advancements.

- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Performance Monitoring: Develop mechanisms to monitor and optimizeAI models post-deployment.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

- Experience : 7-13 years of experience in AI/ML development with a proven track record.

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

- Hands-on experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face) or computer vision frameworks (OpenCV).

- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerizationtools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with reinforcement learning or generative AI techniques.

- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, DVC, or similar).
