Job Overview:
- Trademo Inc. is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our product offerings.
- You will be responsible for defining product narratives, conducting market research, and ensuring our products resonate with target audiences.
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral, pitch decks, case studies, and training materials to drive product adoption.
- Demand Generation & Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create and optimize product-focused marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email campaigns, and webinars.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to refine product positioning and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align product marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or data intelligence sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop strategic positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Content & Storytelling Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for translating technical features into compelling narratives.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
