What you will be doing?
- Develop and implement an effective outbound demand generation strategy to target and engage ideal customer profiles (ICP) in specific verticals, regions, or industries.
- Create, launch, and manage outbound email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other multi channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead qualification.
- Continuously optimize these campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead scoring and qualification criteria.
- Ensure that leads are properly nurtured and handed off to sales when they are sales-ready.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to align messaging, refine customer personas, and create compelling content that resonates with prospects.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously improve outbound strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in outbound demand generation, sales development, or lead generation, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales channels such as email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
